How long does shipping take?
Our packages are usually shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Germany takes approximately 2–4 days .
Which shipping service do you use?
We ship with DHL GoGreen – climate-neutral and reliable.
How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, shipping costs are a flat rate of €4.90 .
Order & Payment
What payment methods do you offer? You can conveniently pay via PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Klarna or Shopify Payments.
Can I change my order afterwards? If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mulled.de .
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return products?
Unopened packages can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, opened packages are non -returnable, as they contain food items.

Products & Origin
Where are your products manufactured?
Our spices and honeys are bottled and lovingly packaged by hand in Germany .
Are your products vegan?
Our spices are purely plant-based. If you are vegan, you can easily select sugar instead of honey during the ordering process.
How long do the products last?
The best-before date can be found on the label. However, spices and honey often remain edible well beyond that date.
Preparation & Cooking
How do you properly prepare mulled wine? Heat the red wine with the included spices over medium heat to approximately 75°C , without boiling it. This preserves all the aromas. Then add the honey and orange slices and let it steep for 10–15 minutes .
What do I do if I don't have kitchen scales or a thermometer? No problem: Heat the wine until you see wisps of steam rising, but no bubbles . Then the temperature is perfect.
